STANDING LAMB
The Lamb was one of the first plush toys Mary Meyer made in 1950. The whole Lamb was made of White plush. When they were first manufactured in 1950 the eyes were small felt circles and were sewn on to the toy. The small Black felt circle was attached with a French Knot as the pupil of each eye. The nose was also a small Black felt circle. After the nose circle was sewn on the Black thread continued downward and created a Black embroidered mouth and finished with a sating bow.
