MUSICAL DOG

The Musical Tan Sitting Dog is made with tan extra long plush with brown ears and tail plus an open mouth lined with red felt and a pink felt tongue. He is also decorated with a black pompom on the end of his nose, an “I’m A Musical Tag” and felt eyes and a red satin bow around it’s neck.

The fabric was made by Baxter, Kelly & Faust, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA. The musical

mechanism was made in Switzerland. It had a wind-up musical mechanism that played a childen’s tune.

This was a very popular design and made few a few years by Mary Meyer. This toy was created in mid 1960s & made for 10 years.
