    This toy was made of Brown rayon plush with an open Red felt mouth and a Pink felt tongue. It was stuffed with shredded foam rubber and had felt eyes and a Black pompon nose and a Red satin neck ribbon. It was only made for one to two years in mid 1970s.

    Flip Dog – Tan- #443

    MM Vin 443 Flip Dog Tan 1950The Flip Dog was one of Mary Meyer’s earliest creations. It was originally a Tan plush lying Dog with dark Brown ears. The plush was manufactured by Baxter, Kelly & Faust in their mill in Philadelphia. It was stuffed my shredded foam rubber in the mid 1950 and in the 1960 the stuffed became shredded polyurethane –a synthetic foam, which washed better and was lighter in weight.

  • Huggers


    The Cat and Dog pair hugging each other was a design made by every stuffed toy maker. This size wa 10″ high and was a Grey plush Cat with Hot Pink ear linings and felt eyes, nose and tongue hugging a White Dog with Black ears and tail with felt eyes and mouth with a Black pompon nose. Each toy was decorated with a satin neck ribbon.
